Here's some feedback: While the 3D Design of the adapter plate is excellent, a Noctua 80mm fan does NOT provide adequate cooling for this PSU at all.

My PSU reached 129° Celsius / 255 °F within 20 minutes of operating at 50 ampere output (~2800 W)

The stock 40mm fan of this PSU is capeable of:
Speed 18000 RPM ± 10%
Max.air flow 26.5 CFM / 45.02 m³/h
Max.air pressure 475 Pa / 48.4 mmH₂O

The Noctua NF-A8 PWM is capeable of:
Speed 2200 RPM ± 10%
Max.air flow 23.5 CFM / 55.5 m³/h
Max.air pressure 475 Pa / 2.37 mmH₂O

While in theory the Noctua 80mm fan can move slightly more air it totally lacks static air pressure and therefor has huge trouble moving air through the PSU.

Since the RPM Range of the Noctua is so much lower compared to the stock cooler, the noctua fan always runs at full speed (which can be misleading) and the PSU has no headroom for increasing temperatures.

I STRONGLY recommend NOT using a 80mm Noctua fan for this PSU. It nearly started a fire @120°C in my rack.
According to the datasheet the PSU should stop delivering power when reaching 80°C but it did not.

The PSU should slowly limit its output when reaching 55°C until it reaches 80°C when it cuts power, but I imagine this limit is calculated not by the rear end thermal sensor alone.

Please also note, that the PSU is able to deliver 60A output - mine was limited at 50A and still reached absurd temperatures.
