Valve Index Angeld Base Ceiling Mount

Da meine Deckenhöhe 3m beträgt, somit Erkennungsprobleme im Nahbereich entstanden und ich die Index gern transportabel halten wollte habe ich diese um 22.5° abgewinkelte Deckenhalterung für die Basisstationen entworfen.
Etwaige Bohrungen/Dübel in der Decke können weiterhin verwendet werden.

Die Verschlüsse müssen bei der Montage jeweils mit einer kleinen Holzschraube (Gewindedurchmesser etw 2mm) zur Führung gesichert werden, einfaches Baumarktteil, und beim Gelenk eine 1,8/2mm Achse eingepresst werden. Ich habe sie mir damals Gedruckt, da Sie kein gewicht hält.

Generell würde ich die Halterung mit meinem jetzigen Wissen anders ausführen da einiges nicht Optimal gelöst ist (Materialeffizienz, Druckbarkeit ohne Stützstrucktur, Zusammenbau) für mich funktinierte es allerding und ich habe nicht die Notwendigkeit gesehen das abzuändern.

Since my ceiling height is 3m, which caused detection problems at close range and I wanted to keep the Index portable, I designed this 22.5° angled ceiling mount for the base stations.
Any holes/dowels in the ceiling can still be used.

During assembly, the locks must each be secured with a small wood screw (thread diameter approx. 2mm) for guidance, simple hardware store part, and a 1.8/2mm axle must be pressed in at the joint. I printed them out at the time because they didn't hold any weight.

In retrospect, the screws were fiddly work.
In general, I would design the mount differently with my current knowledge because some things are not optimally solved (material efficiency, printability without support structure, assembly) but it worked for me and I didn't see the need to change it.
