DB19 shell for NeXT monitor cables

This is a remix of the DB19 connector shell by TzOk (thanks!), customised slightly for use in new cables for NeXT computers. The connector sits deep in the computer's rear panel and most connector shells have a flange that extends too far preventing a good connection. This version minimizes the flanges and adds small hooks on the ends to keep the connector in position.
