Most USB PD to VOOC adapters (like the YZXStudio ZC855P) don't work with the OnePlus 10 Pro. It can be tricky to find PowerBanks that work too, from my understanding the only options are to import a Oppo power bank ($150+) or order the Sdoutech SD22PB ($80).
My solution is to use a 20v USB-PD cigarette adapter combined with an official 80W car charger to adapt USB-PD to SuperVOOC for fast charging from any USB-PD source.
20v USB PD Cable:
eBay Generic (see photos for item style)
SuperVOOC Car Charger:
https://www.amazon.com/OnePlus-SUPERVOOC-80W-Car-Charger/dp/B0B883SMX3/
This combination can charge my 10 Pro at ~60W peak.
I found that a 20V PD cable is required for sustained 60W charging, lower voltage PD cables will cut out when the phone is below 50% and the highest speed charge profiles are used.
