Waveshare 4.3 inch DSI LCD Stand - Easy Print

This is a remix of "Waveshare - 4.3 inch DSI LCD Stand by diddley" that makes two changes:

• A cutout is added for the backlight intensity button
• The print is split into two parts so that you can print the main part of the frame with the back side flush against the print surface - this gives you some much needed strength around the area where you screw into the standoffs

The foot and frame fit into each other with a join, can be glued as well. The case is untouched, provided for completeness.
