My DIY Streetbooster One eScooter Battery Frame + 4-Pack Frame Helper
Controller can be moved easily to get room for 10 more cells!
I reused the BMS of the old battery.
Old battery: 30x 2500mAh cells (original manufacturer crap capacity & crap quality)
3P (3x2500mAh) -> 7500mAh x 36V = 270Wh
New battery: 40x 3450mAh cells (Samsung 35E, 3450mAh, 8A)
4P (4x3450mAh) -> 13800mAh x 36V = 496,8Wh -> 84% more Energy
40x cells (refurbished Samsung 35E) à 3,50€ = 140€
Original crap capacity & crap quality battery from Streetbooster.de (most likely out of stock, for 278€ incl. PP) :P
Update September 2024: After >1.5 years the battery is still going strong! 👊
Scooter has finally become a trusty friend!
