Micro Swiss Extruder Knob - Custom Fit

Custom Fit Extruder Knob for Micro Swiss Bowden Extruder

The knobs provided by Micro Swiss were all too loose, so I created a simple OpenSCAD file to generate a custom fit knob.

Customizer parameters:

• id: Inside Diameter
  • The inside diameter of the shaft hole (mm)
• n: Notch
  • The distance measure from the shaft outer diameter to the flat part, along the perpendicular axis. (mm)
• d: Depth
  • The depth of the shaft hole (mm)

*The thingiverse customizer doesn't appear to allow the use of imported STLs. To customize the model, you'll need to download the micro-swiss-knob-custom-fit.scad and Knob5.10.stl files. Make sure the two files are in the same folder and open the .scad file with OpenSCAD.
