MendelMax2 Dial Indicator Works with Extruder In Place!!!

No need to remove the extruder! Mount can be left in place! Just slide the indicator in when you need to level.

Mounts to the front of the aluminum extruder frame (on the underside). Sized to be used with the generic dial indicator from harbor freight http://www.harborfreight.com/1-inch-travel-machinists-dial-indicator-623.html but should work with others. I have a hole for a set screw to hold the indicator shaft but never needed to use it.

You will need a set of washers or so between the mount and the aluminum extruder frame to space properly.
