Pot Handle "Elo 18/10" cookware heat resistant

I have a very old cooking pot, maybe 30 years old. The handles were made of an extremely durable material, but not as durable as the steel of the pot is.
So it comes as expected: the handles broke and the pot might go to wastebin and wastes half a ton of carbondioxide.

So I started my Fusion360.

The main problem was to find a filament for hot environments: PLA has a melting temperature almost like ice cream and even ABS is not trustworthy above 100 degrees celsius.
First, I tried 3djakes "niceBIO black", an explicitly temperature stable PLA filament. It turned out that this is more heat resistant than others, but I could still bend it with some force if the pot is very hot (> 85 degrees). Would have been ok if you never try to bend it if hot.

Finally I found "3dkTOP" from 3dk.berlin. Filthy expensive, but a small spool of 320g for 37€ is affordable. Requires a full metal hot end to print with 260 degrees. My Sovol SV06 does a great job here.
The process of hardening (crystallizing) is astonishing. You have to put the finished print into your kitchens oven at 110 degrees for an hour and cool down slowly, than it is not meltable below 140 degrees anymore.

So here it is, my repaired cookware.

The handle fits for Elo cookware size L pots (22 cm diameter).

Fusion360 file is added to enable you to modify it for your cookware.
