Description
Printed with PETG from Geetech on Artillery SidewinderX1
250°C, 80°C Bed
Cura Speeds
60 internal
40 external
4 layers on all walls, top and bottom
11% infill (i would recomment 15 or 20)
I printed with 0,32 Layerheight, 0,5 Layerwidth. Good enough.
You need to finish the cutout by hand.
Designed it this way, because it prevents ringing and deformation during printing.
The holder can hold the common Makita Router.
It fits in a Multifix Lathe Holder Size "A" or bigger.
Don´t clamp direktly on plastik.
Put in at least 1mm of Steel to have a better stress distribution on the plastic part.
On the other side there is surface to attach a reinforcement or use a wooden piece like i did (see pics).
I tried to grind out my chuck, which didn´t work because the stone i used is to soft.
The mill does 30.000rpm and the holder is quite stiff. So with another grinding stone, it could work.
Working in wood does work nicely.
If you are super happy with what i provide for free, it would be super nice if you would leave me a tip. On the road to a working product I go through quite some material. It would just help me out a bit.
Falls dir meine Konstruktion hilft und du damit zufrieden bist, wäre ich sehr dankbar für ein kleines Trinkgeld.Beim Erstellen einer funktionierenden Konstruktionen geht auch einiges an Material drauf.
