flying tourbillon 1.5 60% scale

I have scaled and fixed the files to be at a 60% scale from the original . Printing the parts are a challenge and need to be done with a 0.25 mm nozzle.

All pins are now 1mm diameter and the bearing is changed to a 5mm flange bearing similar to the one used for 3d printer belt pulleys
