Snapmaker Artisan CNC 磁吸快拆吸尘装置

只需打印上下盖板，吸尘罩，固定圈和出风管；穿墙接头按需打印，用于穿越工作台面或外罩，更适合快速替换用于激光吸风装置（后续更新...）

外配件：
外径8mm 厚4mm 孔3mm（厚标称4mm，实测3.6mm）磁铁1224个（快拆装置12个，穿墙接头12个）。
直径2.6mm长10mm平头自攻螺丝610个
直径40mm聚氨酯工业吸风软管2m
宽度25mm硅胶挡风条3m（自带双面胶，实用260mm）
组装：出风管和吸风罩装上磁铁，用自攻螺丝固定，上下盖板磁铁用力按入即可，注意磁铁平面全都朝下，即SN极相吸。硅胶条贴于固定圈上，放入吸尘罩内，组装好吸尘罩，出风管再接上软管并和外置吸尘设备相连接。拆下原CNC执行头的上下盖板，用装好磁铁的打印件替换。
使用：可以先不装吸风装置，原点标定，跑边框等完成后，在开始运行前，升Z轴100mm，装入吸风装置，再降Z轴100mm，并打开外部吸尘装置，下一步就可以正式启动了。

跑边框注意预留集尘罩位置空间，以免加上后撞夹具！切记！！！
