Recommendations for printing:
I deliberately modeled this project in such a way that printing does not require printing supports to maintain the quality of the surfaces, supports are only required to print one "GUITAR - 3.stl" part in the electronic space area.

The guitar is divided into 7 parts in such a way that it can be printed in the standard dimensions of the X and Y print plane of the Ender-3 printer, namely 235x235mm

I printed from PLA like most other users of similar projects do, but I strongly recommend choosing another material, for example PET-G, the fact is that when choosing a material I relied on the fact that PLA is very accurate in printing perimeters, but post-processing of parts is all it is still necessary, and this material lends itself very poorly to it, because of this I had problems when assembling and gluing, so again, use alternative printing materials, I recommend PET-G

For gluing parts I used Cosmofen CA-500.200, but Dichloromethane works just as well for this.

When printing, I used a 0.4mm nozzle and pressed a 0.6mm line out of it. Layer height 0.2mm
For details: GUITAR - 1.stl and GUITAR - 2.stl I made the perimeters 13 lines and the number of solid layers of the top and bottom equal to 25, filling 55%
For the rest of the details, I used 4 line perimeters, the number of solid layers of the top and bottom equal to 10, infill 15%

In the parts GUITAR - 1.stl and GUITAR - 2.stl there are holes for installing a tube with an outer diameter of 10mm, they are needed for additional rigidity of the load-bearing structure, since with their overall high density of the material it is not very good if their connection will be held only by glue .

For the implementation of this project, I spent about 2.5 kg of filament, so buy 3 spools of 1 kg at once or one large spool of 3 kg.

If your printer allows you to print the entire deck, then you should do so, then you need to specify in the slicer an increased density of filling for the area bearing an increased load.

остальные детали вы можете купить уже по месту у себя в городе, все пластиковые детали можно распечатать как это делал я и модели я так же выложил в данном проекте, так же для тех кто хочет внести изменения я выложил весь проект в математической модели в файле "Guitar v46 v7.f3d"

Рекомендации к печати:
Я специально смоделировал данный проект таким образом чтобы для его печати не потребовалось печатать поддержки для сохранения качества поверхностей, поддержки требуются только для печати одной детали "GUITAR - 3.stl" в области пространства электроники.

Гитара разделена на 7 частей таким образом, чтобы ее можно было напечатать в стандартных габаритах плоскости печати X и Y принтера Ender-3 а именно 235x235мм

Я печатал из PLA как это делают большинство остальных пользователей подобных проектов, но я настоятельно рекомендую выбрать другой материал, например PET-G, дело в том что при выборе материала я опирался на то что PLA очень точен в печати периметров, но пост обработка частей все равно необходима, а этот материал очень плохо ей поддается из за этого у меня были проблемы при сборке и склейке, поэтому повторюсь, используйте альтернативные материалы для печати, я рекомендую PET-G

Для склейки деталей я использовал Cosmofen CA-500.200, но для этого так же хорошо подойдет Дихлорметан.

В деталях GUITAR - 1.stl и GUITAR - 2.stl имеются отверстия для установки трубки внешним диаметром 10мм, они нужны для дополнительной жесткости конструкции несущих нагрузку, так как при их общей высокой плотности материала не очень хорошо если их соединение будет держаться только на клею.

На реализацию данного проекта у меня было потрачено примерно 2.5кг филамента, поэтому покупайте сразу 3 катушки по 1кг или одну большую катушку на 3кг.

Если ваш принтер позволяет отпечатать деку целиком то так и нужно делать, тогда нужно указать в слайсере повышенную плотность заполнения для области несущей повышенную нагрузку.
