the dimensions are from a standard 6004 ball bearing - boreØ 20, outerØ 42, width 12mm.

a ball bearing with 2 raceways and can compensate axial angular misalignment. the bearing has 20 balls with Ø6mm. i recommend using balls made of polyformaldehyde (polyacetal)- called POM balls - see link:

the cage is placed on the inner ring. then all balls are pressed in from above. press the outer ring together a little with your fingers and insert the inner ring transversely and turn the inner ring 90 degrees - finished.

the cage is designed to accept the balls without reworking and the balls are easy to rotate. remove only the z-seam from the inner and outer ring (if present).
