Pittler B2 Worm and Worm wheel gears

Pittler B2 single, five start and Ten start worm and single 80T worm wheel. (two versions

I will add other gears as I print them

These were designed from the dimensions of the gears on my own lathe which was an imperial dimension lathe sold by G Adams, London.. Other versions of the lathe may vary.

Both worm and gear wheels have centre bore of 16mm with a 4mm wide key. Original dimensions would have been imperial. They are printed as mod 1.27 ( DP20 ) size as this correlates closely with the gear set i have. Pressure angle is 20 degrees

The 80T gear is given in two versions, the gear disc alone and the gear disk with addition of the central boss. No attempt to add a central boss on the top of the gear as it would make printing difficult but separate spacers/bosses in 6mm and 9 mm height are included.
