Threaded Hinge Pin to replace a broken door pin on a Rubbermaid "Big Max Compact Vertical Storage Shed"

Had a few of these parts on storage sheds break. Unable to find any replacement parts so turned to a 3d Printer.

How I Designed This

Recorded rough measurements of the semi-broken pin; height, bottom diameter, top diameter.

First prototype - Threads were too tight.
Second prototype - snapped when used (~20% infill)
Third prototype - still working with 100% infill.

I think a collar after the threads would be an improvement I'll make if/when this breaks.
