I designed this IH with the right measurements for the Mini ZVS 12v board, the Mosfet and a 3s 2200mah battery. It has a switch to activate the internal battery or external input. The internal battery can be charged while using the internal or external battery.

The measurements of the IH-MiniBat are 126x85x35mm and a 3s battery of up to 100x34x28mm can be inserted (minimum 30c discharge).

For it to work with an external battery, a minimum of 6 amps of discharge and a maximum of 12.6v are needed, if you put more voltage it will burn.

The Mini ZVS board has been modified by changing the 2 induction coils for two smaller ones and removing a capacitor, the other must be changed to the opposite side. The heating coil must be soldered to the board, do not use the connectors it comes with for this, they must be removed. I recommend reviewing the board and at least soldering the junctions of the 2 mosfets it has.

I have used a magnet from an old hard drive.

He diseñado este IH con las medidas justas para la placa Mini ZVS 12v, el Mosfet y una batería 3s de 2200mah. Tiene un interruptor para activar la batería interna o la entrada externa. Se puede cargar la batería interna mientras se usa con la batería interna o externa.

Las medidas del IH-MiniBat son de 126x85x35mm y se puede meter una batería 3s de hasta 100x34x28mm (mínimo 30c de descarga).

Para que funcione con batería externa se necesitan como mínimo 6 amperios de descarga y máximo 12,6v, si metes mas voltaje se quemará.

La placa Mini ZVS ha sido modificada cambiando las 2 bobinas de inducción por otras dos mas pequeñas y quitando un condensador, el otro hay que cambiarlo a la cara opuesta. La coil de calentamiento debe ir soldada a la placa, no utilizar los conectores que trae para esto, hay que quitarlos. Recomiendo revisar la placa y resoldar al menos las uniones de los 2 mosfet que tiene.

He utilizado un imán de un disco duro antiguo.
