Here you can find all the parts I used to build my embroidery machine based on markol's blog (https://lordovervolt.com/embroidery).
Short description of all the files:
- 2020FrameHolder_1/2.STL: Holder for frame pf plotter to have it at the correct height. The difference between the files 1 and 2 is that number 2 has only a notch to support the frame. These are meant to be on the opposite side of the motors such that they do not interfere with the timing belts present there.
- Belt_to_block.STL: Used to transfer the movement of the belts from the bottom side of the fram to the top side where the block rides on the linear rails. The connection to the belts is made here using the attachement part from the frame used.
- Block_to_Hoop_2/4Pins.STL: The parts mounted on the block of the linear rail where the embroidery hoop is attached to. It is a press sit for the hoops.
- CableChainAdapterAxis.STL: Attaches cable chain to frame.
- CableChainAdapterGantry.STL: Attaches cable chain to moving y-axis. Glued in place.
- CableChain_Support.STL: Support for cable chain to lay on. Attached with M4 washers, bolts and t-nuts.
- LighBarrier_Flag.STL: Flag moving with needle shaft to interrupt light barrier. Clips in place. Probably does not fit any other machine.
- LightbarrierBackplate.STL: Backplate to fit into the hatch where the light was formerly. Lightbarrier assembly is mounted on this backplate.
- IR_Disk_72_half.STL: Rotary encoder disk for spped measurement of drive shaft.
- ElectronicsBox_Panel.STL: Panel to use with the electronics box I used.
- FeetElectronicsBox/Bernina730Record.STL: Feet which are attached to the plywood and keep the machine/box in place.
- SpacerRearThreadHolder_20mm.STL: Space to attach between the rear thread holder and the main case to make space for a "junction box".
