Remixed @Arcii's excellent horn design (scaled down): https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4924709
Then designed my own headband with flexible TPU :)
Parts needed:
-Red PLA (for horns)
-TPU (black worked well)
-String
-M2 wood screws (ideally countersunk and 5mm - 12mm long). There are cheap kits all around online or your local crafts store maybe
Mask part:
-Sticker paper
-color printer
-vinyl cutter (optional) (I used Silhouette Cameo)
-Mask
The M2 screws thread nicely into the plastic. If you get countersunk ones they will also be flush with the headband.
Use tweezers if you need to widen the holes for the string. I just used a square knot and it worked well.
-- Print Settings --
Horns:
0.4 nozzle, 20% infill
Red PLA (any brand but I used Duramic)
Nozzle 200 C
Bed: 50-60 C
Speed 10-30 mm/s (I always set first layer to ultra slow 10mm/s). Slower speed will get you sharper horns.
Headband:
0.4 nozzle, 20% infill
Black Overture TPU
Nozzle 215 C
Bed: 30 C
Speed 30 mm/s
Retraction: 3mm distance / 40mm speed (depends a lot on your printer)
I printed with Ender 3 S1 Pro and Cura slicer - files attached!
Also attached the Silhouette Cameo file and images I used.
Post your makes, leave me a little heart - it makes me happy :D
Happy printing!
