Cheek riser for Magpul Zhukov-S AK stock

Everything is in the title: it's a cheek riser for Magpul Zhukov AK stocks.

I designed it because the risers from Magpul are (1) not high enough -- I needed +24mm to get a repeatable position behind the scope, and (2) in our parts (Europe) are unpleasantly expensive.

While doing the +24mm version, I also did the equivalent of Magpul's 0.25" (6mm), 1/2" (12mm), and 3/4" (18mm) models.

PLA is just fine to test, but for real applications (as far as the term applies to Zhukov-S floppy design and execution), PETG is preferred.
