Parts needed:
Some notes:
Note1: I designed this for my roller blinds which have a 6.5mm(L) x 2.5mm(W) pin on the left side, and a roller pin that is 4mm diam on the right side. I don't know the brand or how standard this is.
Note2: the 4mm diameter pin didn't fit perfectly with the bearing spacer. It is modeled at exactly 4mm opening, but perhaps my dimensional accuracy settings werent tuned. You can also try printing a TPU one for a better squeezing fit. Note, it seems to work fine with this being a little loose, anyway.
Note3: The left side notch required a little bit of rotary drilling to get it to squeeze in perfectly. I prefer that one to be a tight fit, since it's not actually supposed to move. I noticed my pin is 6.5mm x 2.5mm but there is an extra bulge (not flat) in the middle, and also mine was bent from over a decade of use.
Note4: installing these by yourself can be a pain is because you need to support the weight of the roller blind for each side you're installing. I highly recommend having someone to help you hold one of the sides while you install the other, and to also spot you on the ladder.
Note5: Like with any replacement parts 3D prints, make sure you have dimensional accuracy dialed in. I used the expand setting in Cura and did test prints with a lego block. CHEP has a decent video on this on Youtube.
Note6: Each piece has 2x small holes in the top for threading M3 screws. I added those in case I needed to put a top cap to lock the bearing (R side) or the support pin (L side). Seems unecessary, so they just be chillin 8;)
*2x left and right side supports settings:
0.4 nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 75% infill
White PLA (any brand but I used Overture)
Nozzle 205 C
Bed: 50-60 C
Speed 30 - 50 mm/s (I always set first layer to ultra slow 10mm/s).

| 0.4 nozzle, 0.1mm layer height, 100% infill |

I printed with Ender 3 S1 Pro and Cura slicer - files attached!
Note: my printer likes retraction set to 1.3mm - 1.4mm distance.
Post your makes, leave me a little heart - it makes me happy :D
Happy printing!
