Holder for Soft Fabric Tape Measure, finger dimples make it easy to wind and unwind.

There are two different bases, one with no hole and one the a hole.
Clip can be adjusted, by dipping the two fingers of the clip into hot water, then pinch together, to make tighter.

I designed a holder for 120 Inch / 300cm tape measure.
