Funkenschlag Power Grid money insert and closed card holder

This design builds on the awesome design from zock_n_roll: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3799271
As zock_n_roll seems to play without the Funkenschlag paper money, I added a thing to hold the notes. Furthermore I adapted the card holder for better printing - therefore it is now lacking the groove on the bottom to push in the phase 3 powerplants.

In order to use the money inlays, you have to print two of them and modify the paper insert of the game.
