I absolutely loved @thatdude902's design here:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2660384

But it seemed a little hard to print. I figured a flat base would make for an easier print and also more key to grab - a win win :)
Note: its a tight fit, but you can work out the inner groove a bit with the sharp end of the key :P works well.

*rotate the part like in the pics, with the opening facing up
note: I also included the solid key part so you can customize and make your own :)

Adhesion type: Raft
Supports: no
Bed type: PEI
0.4 nozzle, 0.2mm layer height, 20% - 40% infill
PLA (any brand but I used Polymaker)
Nozzle 205 C
Bed: 65 C
Speed 30 - 50 mm/s (I always set first layer to ultra slow 10mm/s).

I printed with Ender 3 S1 Pro and Cura slicer. It likes these settings:
Retraction: 1.6mm
Retraction speed: 40mm/s
