This thin, reinforced PLA frame is designed to prevent air leaks in surgical masks.
Surgical masks can leak air from the side of the nose and cheeks
The frame also helps you wear the correct mask

This flat thin frame is made of reinforced PLA
This frame can be made in 12 minutes

After creation, the frame is flat, but it can be deformed to fit the face by heating it with a hair dryer (picture).
After deformation, it becomes a three-dimensional shape

I used a surgical mask with a size of 9.5cmx17.5cm.
Please adjust the size of the frame according to the size of the surgical mask.

Wearing a mask requires some tricks
Fold the upper part of the surgical mask and put it on the upper part of the frame.
Place the side of the surgical mask against your skin to avoid damaging your skin

Pass the straps so that the cheeks of the frame hold the cheeks of the surgical mask when the mask straps are pulled.
The surgical mask is on the inside, and the PLA frame is on the outside.

Use the mask strap to hold it securely
Pull the bottom of the surgical mask and hold it with the frame

Pull the lower string back and secure it with a strap for stability

フレームは正しいマスクの着用の手助けにもなります

作成後、フレームはフラットですが、ドライヤーなどで温めることで、顔にフィットするように変形できます（写真）
変形後は立体的な形状となります

サージカルマスクは9.5cmx17.5cmの大きさを使いました
サージカルマスクの大きさによってフレームの大きさを調節して下さい

マスクの装着は少しコツが必要です
サージカルマスクの上部を山折りにしてフレームの上側にかぶせます
肌が傷つかないように、サージカルマスクの面を肌に当てます

フレームの頬の部分がマスクのひもを引っ張ったときにサージカルマスクの頬を抑えるように、ひもを通します
サージカルマスクが内側で、PLAフレームは外側から抑える役目です

マスクストラップを使用するとしっかりとホールドすることができます
サージカルマスクの下側をひっぱり、フレームで抑えます

下側のひもを後ろにひき、ストラップでとめると安定しました
