I got the idea to make this from this here
https://www.targetfun.it/blog/ricarica/lee-app-upgrade-3d-printed-case-feeder/
I HATE changing out and adjusting the case feeder on the Lee APP with the shitty bolt and nut system. This set screw on a partially threaded rod system is much better. I will say that you might want to put a small piece of lead shot in front of the set screw to act as a buffer.
The top portion is universal but the bottom portion is for specific cartridges. So far I have made .38 special, .44 mag, .30-30 winchester, .223 remington, .45 acp and 9x19 luger. I will continue to update this with more cartridge choices.
I have decided to just throw in my Fusion 360 files so now anybody can make any desired changes as they see fit!
The 2nd picture shows the things you'll need to use this. The parts are numbered in the picture and the numbers correspond to the amazon links below.
(1) --- This is the set screw. It holds the case feeder in place on the partially threaded rod.

(2) --- This is the M3 hardware needed to screw the tube holder section to the case feeder. After testing 3 of these case feeder out I have found that you really ONLY need the M3 x 20 bolt in this set.

(3) --- This is for an M3 washer to be placed under the stop nut on the other side of the case feeder.

(4) --- The spring plungers go into the tube holder portion and slightly protrude out the other end. This is for twisting the tube holder to feed all 4 tubes of cases.

(5) --- This is for an M3 lock nut. Place the M3 washer under this.

I was wrong before. Using the M3 lock nut and M3 washer helps a lot. In order to get the top portion spinning freely without tightening itself when you spin it:
The links for the partially threaded rods are below. You can use one or the other, the only difference is that one has 10-24 threads and the other has 10-32. I went with the 10-32 rod since my local Lowe's hard more hardware for 10-32 instead of 10-24 for some reason.

I use this with 4 feed tubes I got here:
https://leeprecision.com/case-feeder-tubes
Get them individually here:

To hold the 4 tubes together I use this:

Then just use whatever collator you want:
