Description

Here is a modification ONLY for 2.5-generation 3DP (2 heat sink holes in front) part of snapmaker 2.0 3-in-one printer.

BOM:

  • 5015 Blower 24V 0.1A HX2.54 2Pin (*1) airflow ≥5CFM (the original 2510 fan is 3.6CFM)
  • M3x20 screw (*2)
  • M3x2x5 nut (*2)

To put 'pipe+cooling_head' together you will need the glue.

I don't recommend printing this in PLA, please use PA-CF/PETG or other material with high heat deflection temperature.

Updates:

  • 20230806 The angles of the air duct have been improved, along with the airflow volume, making FDM printing easier. And an integrated printing version has been provided(airduct_one) which can be produced using nylon sintering technology. This version offers a larger airflow volume.

Snapmaker 3DP 2.5 代执行头改双边出风

此 MOD 只针对 2.5 代单边出风口设计,2 代打印头背面固定螺丝孔距不同,且电路板面积过大无法通过进风管,故不适用。MOD 涉及拆除原厂部件,会损失保修,以及存在未知的设计缺陷或操作风险,请谨慎测试原厂散热是否满足加工需要,再确定是否进行修改。

BOM:

  1. 5015 24v 0.1A HX2.54 2pin 数量1,双滚珠鼓风机(GDSTIME 已测试可在 30% 启动),数据风量应大于 5CFM(原厂2510为3.6CFM)
  2. M3x20 数量2,固定鼓风机
  3. M3x2x5 螺母 数量2,嵌入扩散器固定在铝制外壳

导管需使用硅胶或其它耐温胶水粘接在扩散器上,确保风道闭合。安装之前务必检查胶水已经干透稳固。

打印材料建议 PA-CF/PETG,不要使用 PLA,0.16或0.2层高。

请注意测试风扇的正负极,确保出风正常再装机运行。

更新:

  • 20230806 改进了风道的角度和进风量,并让FDM打印变得更容易。此外,提供了一体打印的版本(airduct_one),你可以使用尼龙烧结来制作它,这个版本的风量会更大一些。
