"Traditional" IDC cable assembly techniques not working? Tired of destroying your WR-WST connector pins when trying to press them onto ribbon cable? Don't have the right tool?
This is a WR-WST die for pressing the SKEDD IDC connectors onto the ribbon cable.
Simply attach to your WR-WST connector, preload your vise (or arbor press), insert your ribbon cable, and clamp to assemble.
This 3d print is neither made nor endorsed by the original connector vendor and is provided as a tool for enthusiasts and hobbyists. Use at your own discretion.
