50kg Load cell case / Wägezellenfuß

Ein weiterer Fuß mit der 50kg Wägezelle.

Der Fuß besteht aus drei Teilen.
Das äußere Gehäuse hat drei Befestigungslöcher und nimmt das Unterteil auf. Dieses sollte von außen mit einem Gummifuß beklebt werden und innen muss eine 10x10mm große Metallplatte, 1,3mm dick, eingelegt werden.
Auf diese Metallplatte drückt dann die Wägezelle, welche im Oberteil eingerastet werden kann.

Bei mir musste ich beim Ausdruck auf 101% vergrößern, damit die Wägezelle gut einrastet. Das kann an meinem Filament oder an meinem Drucker liegen. Deshalb bitte erst ein Oberteil zur Probe drucken um zu sehen, wie die Wägezelle hineinpasst und dann alle Teile mit diesem Faktor drucken.

Ober- und Unterteil habe ich mit 50% Füllung gedruckt, da hier drauf die ganze Last kommt, das Gehäuse mit 20% Füllung und Support.

Im Unterteil ist eine kleine Aussparung. Hier kann man vorsichtig mit einem Schraubenzieher das Teil von der Platte lösen.

Achtung: In der ersten Version hatte ich eine falsche Version des Gehäuses hochgeladen, welches einen zu geringen Lochdurchmesser hatte (müssen 41mm sein). Nun habe ich das ersetzt mit der Version Zwo.

The case consists of three parts.
The outer casing has three mounting holes and accommodates the lower part. This should be covered with a rubber foot from the outside and a 10x10mm metal plate, 1.3mm thick, must be inserted inside.
The load cell then presses on this metal plate, which can be snapped into place in the upper part.

For me, I had to enlarge to 101% during the printout so that the load cell clicks into place well. This may be due to my filament or my printer. Therefore, please first print a top for testing to see how the load cell fits in and then print all parts with this factor.

I printed the upper and lower parts with 50% filling, because this is where the whole load comes, the housing with 20% filling and support.

There is a small recess in the lower part. Here you can carefully remove the part from the plate with a screwdriver.

Attention: In the first version I had uploaded a wrong version of the housing, which had a hole diameter that was too small (must be 41mm). Now I have replaced it with version 2.
