Description
Quick and dirty remix of original:
The pins used are standard Dupont crimp connector, as well standard 0.250" spade crimp connectors. The spade connector I used were red ones, with a neck diameter of just under 3mm. The spade connector was soldered so as to retain the round shape. The pins and wires are then placed in the appropriate holes and superglued in place. Note: use a bit of baking soda to fill the gaps before applying the glue. The connector mount is fastened with 2mm screws. Yes, this is a quick and dirty solution, I was too lazy to design removable pins. STEP files are included for anyone who wants to go to the trouble.
I used R/C balance chargers I already have and they use the standard JST connector for the balance connections.
