HP 200W Laptop Supply Cord Manager

I really liked elanaut's Dell XPS Power Supply Cord Manager, but it didn't fit my similarly designed, but larger HP 200W supply. Since basically every dimension had changed, including cord size, I recreated it in OnShape using the dimensions for my supply.
