I was using it as an air purifier, but it caught more insects than I expected.

It seems possible to remove some insects if they can be guided with light and suctioned.
It seems better to make the suction port wider.

We created a simple air cleaner using an inexpensive circulator and non-woven fabric.
The 3D printed parts are ring-shaped fasteners used to fix the non-woven fabric to the circulator.

The non-woven fabric is flame-retardant and 4mm thick.
Fold the 50cm x 60cm size in half and sew it with a sewing machine.
You can adjust the size according to the size of the circulator.

Turn the sewn side over to form a bag, and attach it to the tip of the circulator.
Put the ring-shaped ring on the circulator and fix the non-woven fabric by tightening the M4 bolt.

When the circulator is activated, air blows softly from the non-woven fabric.
Only the air that passes through the non-woven fabric has a filtering effect.
(Not as effective as a HEPA filter, but we have confirmed the filtering effect of dust in the air.

空気清浄機として運用しておりましたが、予想外に虫を捕らえておりました

明かりなどで誘導して、吸引することができれば多少虫を除去することが可能かと思われます
吸引口を広く取るのが良いと思われます

安価なサーキュレーターと、不織布を使用して簡易にエアクリーナーを作成しました
３Dプリントするのは、サーキュレーターに不織布を固定する際に利用するリング状の留具です

不織布は、難燃性の4mm厚さを使用しました
大きさ、50cmx60cm程度を、半分に折り、ミシンで縫います（図参照お願いいたします）
サーキュレーターの大きさで調節されていいとおもいます

ミシンで縫った面を裏返して袋状にしたらサーキュレーターの先端部分にとりつけします
かぶせて、リング状の輪っかをとりつけ、M4のボルトで締めて不織布を固定します

サーキュレーターを作動させると、不織布から柔らかく風が吹き出します
不織布を通過しただけ、ろ過効果があります
HEPAフィルターほどではありませんが、空気中の塵のろ過効果を確認しています
