Whether you're working on your training or just making some holsters here is the Colt M1911A1 Pistol, of course it's non functional but the trigger, slide and mag catch still move.

10 mm OD compression spring x 100mm L (slide)
6mm OD x 70mm L Rod (lower frame)
2 mm OD x 25 mm L Rod (Trigger)
5mm OD x 12mm L compression spring (behind the trigger)
