Description
I liked rkayd's wall-mount remix of MrCrankyface's standing Apple Watch Band holder, but I wanted to use Command Strips instead of screws to attach to the wall. This required the wall side of the mount to be a little wider. So I borrowed his idea but built my wall mount from scratch, and kept the screw holes to attach the top in the same place, and removed the screw holes for the wall.
rkayd recommended a 95% print scale on the HOLDER piece, but I found that 90% still fit all my watch bands and held the slimmer bands more securely, plus it lined up with his screw holes more perfectly!
This HOLDER piece is taken directly from rkayd's solution, and again, I recommend scaling that down to 90%, and printing my wall mount piece at 100%.
Using 2 of the smallest command strips vertically keeps the little tabs out of view, and holds this very securely. Screws seemed like overkill considering how light the bands and the PLA are.
I used some 1/2" screws I had laying around to connect the two pieces to each other.
