Foghorn Leghorn - Onepiece

Foghorn Leghorn, a cartoon character in the Looney Tunes and Merrie Melodies series of short films by Warner Bros.

This is a onepiece version of Foghorn based on my multi-part Foghorn model that I've previously posted.

Since I do not have an SLA printer, I teamed up with maker Kyler Stern to do the printing and painting.

I converted my multi-part model to a onepiece model for SLA and FDM printing. Kyler then proceeded as follows:

Foghorn: Decrease size from original to 3 Inches tall
Scale: X: 1.76, Y: 2.19, Z: 3.00 Inch = 59.63% of original size
Printer: Anycubic Photon M3
Resin: Anycubic Water-Wash Resin+ Grey
Layer Thickness: 0.05 mm
Hollowed body.

Print time: 5 hours

Note: Something important to call out regarding print time. Kyler has his screen power set to 80% power. This increases print time significantly but extends screen life. This might be important for individuals going forward.

Other notes regarding the supplied STL file:

For FDM and SLA printing, size the STL file as needed for your purpose and add Slicer supports.
