This Left Hand Thread adapter and extractor will fit a vacuum hose of 40mm diameter with 4.5mm pitch. I will add a 41mm with a 5.5~5.7 pitch to another design. Let me know if there is a specific size you prefer and I'll see if I can produce it. My 30mm model does not have the hose thread and is a straight plug-gable type as opposed to this one.

Inlet Adaptor - Position the Inlet in the centre of the Drum Lid

You will need cut a hole bigger than the extractor oval and affix the vacuum cleaner adapter about 5cm below the rim of an empty 20L paint drum with a suitable adhesive or screw it fast. Then in the centre of the lid of a the drum you would make a hole and insert the workshop inlet vacuuming side of the workshop vacuum hose.

Insert a 40mm diameter vacuum hose onto the cyclone adaptor or extractor which will cause the air to spin in the 20Litre Drum. The vacuum from the centre of the plastic drum can be used to vacuum up Workshop sawdust and debris before it gets to the vaccum cleaner. The dust will accumulate in the centre of the plastic drum which can be emptied when it has reached half to 3/4 full.
