This handle is designed to match Ray's vise

Ray's vise is easy to use and precise enough, and the vise head can be easily removed and held in your hand.

However, due to the heavy material and sharp edges, it feels uncomfortable to hold it in your hand.

Therefore, I designed this handle. After improvement, I think it still has a certain degree of ergonomics and comfort.

When using, you can embed an M6 hot-melt nut (the hole needs to be slightly expanded), or you can carefully screw it on directly.

Print parameters
Ordinary PLA will do
Can use 0.3mm layer height
It is best to fill it with more than 20%, and the side wall thickness should be more than 4 layers, so that it will not be top-heavy.
It is best to add a ring of support at the bottom, which is more stable.

这个手柄是为了配合Ray的台钳设计的

ray的台钳足够好用和精密，钳头也能很方便地拆下来拿在手里

但是由于材质比较沉重，又做的棱角分明，拿在手里感觉不太舒适

因此我设计了这个把手，经过改进后我认为还是有一定的人体工学和舒适性的

使用时可以嵌入一个M6的热熔螺母（需要稍微扩孔），也可以小心地直接拧上

打印参数
普通PLA即可
可以用0.3mm层高
填充最好20%以上，并且侧壁厚度4层以上，这样不容易头重脚轻
最好底部加一圈支撑，这样比较稳妥
