Description
This tool is designed to be a dedicated jig for solder stenciling surface mount PCBs. Once set up its locked together so you don't have to dial it in every time you want to make a pcb!
In the zipped folders are 3 different sized assemblies:
-The 99mm usable area is for a 120x120mm stencil. (This is the size pictured)
-The 150mm usable area is for a 171x171mm stencil. (max printable on prusa)
-The 201mm usable area model is for a 222x222mm stencil. (max printable on bambu x1)
To modify for your use you only need to modify the "PCBStencil_CustomTray_Blank".
You can import it into Tinkercad and subtract your PCB's silhouette from it.
The silhouette should be enlarged in X & Y by 0.3mm to provide tolerance, and should be the exact thickness of your pcb. ( I.e. cut out 100.3mm x 100.3mm x 1.6mm for a 100mm x 100mm x 1.6mm pcb.) Also cut out a groove for your fingers to grab it.
Curly Tale Games made a web app to make that customization easier!

-Uses 4x #4-3/8" thread forming screws: https://amzn.to/3SFyKIZ
-Print Settings: Minimum 3 perimeters & 10% infill for rigidity. No supports necessary.
-Use double sided tape to hold both the "Tray_Blank" and the stencil in place. I used 1mm thick tape but the jig can accommodate up to 1/8" thick tape. (I used these https://amzn.to/3QYcKbh)
