Right Angle Framing Tool for any 2x Wood

This is a tool for building frames. These can be structural frames for building walls in a house, or canvas frames. The design works for any 2-by-# standard wood dimension. (i.e. 2x4,1x2,2x2,2x6,2x8, etc)

You can use a nail-gun or hammer and nails from the sides or top corners due to the open corner design. The design is thick and heavy duty for long lasting use.

Print two copies of the design with one mirrored. If you plan to use this for building a shed or structure, I would print 4 pieces total. You can take one set and cut a 16 inch or 24 inch spacer piece of wood (depending on how far apart you want your studs) and attach the wood to the tool (using the recessed screw holes) as shown in the photo to make sure all your studs are the exact same distance apart without having to measure.

To make the tool strong, I recommend printing with 5 walls, 5 top layers, 5 bottom layers, and 50% or more infill. It should last a long time.
