Silent block for Quarti brand honey extractor (from Italy)

This part was developed on an extractor purchased on Apiculture.net under the Luberon Apiculture brand from the Italian manufacturer Quarti, at this address: https://www.apiculture.net/extracteurs-manuels/237-extracteur-4 -12-or-2-frames-dadant.html
It is compatible with other extractors from this manufacturer for legs width 40 mm.

These silent blocks firmly maintain contact between the feet and the body of the extractor without risk of damage to the stainless steel of the tank.
They reduce vibrations and therefore prevent the tank from hitting the feet when rotating.

They will obviously not prevent swaying effects if the frames have not been installed as balanced as possible.

This part is printed in two materials, one part to absorb shocks in rubber, I used black TPU for this, and its support in yellow PLA.

Printing the TPU can be a little complex for this I advise you to print the silent block at low speed with a border of at least 5mm, which you will leave in place.
It will be used during assembly to block the part in its PLA support and will facilitate its assembly on the extractor.

Elle est compatible avec d'autres extracteurs de ce fabricant pour des piétements de largeur 40 mm.

Ces silent blocks maintiennent fermement le contact entre les pieds et le corps de l'extracteur sans risque de dommage pour l'inox de la cuve.
Ils réduisent les vibrations et évitent donc les chocs de la cuve contre les pieds lors de la mise en rotation.

Ils n'empêcheront pas évidemment les effets de balancement si les cadres n'ont pas été installés de manière la plus équilibrée possible.

Cette pièce est imprimée en deux matières, une partie pour absorber les chocs en caoutchouc, j'ai utilisé du TPU noir pour cela, et son support en PLA jaune.

L'impression du TPU peut être un petit peu complexe, pour cela je vous conseille d'imprimer à basse vitesse le silent block avec une bordure d'au moins 5mm, que vous laisserez en place.
Elle servira lors du montage à bloquer la pièce dans son support PLA et facilitera son montage sur l'extracteur.
