Kanban EV - Removable insert car tray

To add onto other Kanban EV inserts sets, I designed and made an insert for the car tray to solve a couple of problems with the gray vacuum formed tray:

1. The vacuum formed gray tray does not accommodate for the extra 5 cars provided.
2. The pace car(s) get stuck easily in their slot making removable a tad cumbersome.

The tray is the same height and size as the original,. and fits in the box well. Designed in Solidworks 2022.
