Atarimax RS232 SIO2PC Serial Adapter case

Summary

Case designed for the Atarimax RS232 SIO2PC Serial Adapter. I designed this for a friend. The original design was styled after a Sony PSP power supply brick. But I added the diagonal grooves after seeing some on-line examples of other cases.

This is a snap fit case and feels very sturdy. No screws required. You will want to make sure your printer is calibrated properly so the halves fit together properly. Use a flathead screwdriver to pop it open using the slots designed into the side of the shell.

The top has vent slots for heat dissipation. I haven't tested how effective it dissipates heat, so please keep a close watch on it until you are sure the vent slots work.

This version of the shell accommodates a serial port on the side with SIO ports on either end. I've tested a serial cable connection and it fits.
