Class 240 Laminatka

Class 240 (S 499.0) is an electric Czechoslovak locomotive used for passenger and freight transport.
Model is created for H0 model scale. Model is so far without a drive motor.

Cabin redesign for mounting to the undercarriage without a screw, using cabin_holder.stl.

Model was printed with 0.4mm nozzle. Most of the parts doesn't require support, except undercarriage part. Part are relatively small so I recommend use 100% infill. For smaller part use brim for better adhesion.
For connecting resistors on the roof of the train I used 1mm thick wire.
The cabin is connected to the undercarriage with pillar part in which is inserted M3 nut. Use "Pause at height " script for g-code postprocessing. During print stop print when hole for the nut is visible, insert nut and continue printing. Then glue the pillar in to the cabin part to be inline with hole in the centre of the undercarriage part. Or you can glue cabin part with undercarriage together.
