Ready Player One Parzival License Plate

The white California PARZIVAL License Plate is produced as seen on Wade Watts’ DeLorean Time Machine in the 2018 film Ready Player One.

I remixed [Kyle Maiorana](https://www.thingiverse.com/kylemayo191/designs)'s original Back to the Future License Plate OUTATIME using Fusion360 to include PARZIVAL. I've included 80% models that should fit well on most printers, as well as a blank plate.
