Bambu AMS Spools

Tuozhu's AMS is very easy to use. It can be used as a storage box for consumables and can be used for multi-color printing. However, it can only use standard consumable rolls with a diameter of 20cm. If there are bulk or small consumable rolls, they cannot be used. A total of 3 heights are designed, 33mm, 40mm, and 50mm. You can choose according to the thickness of the consumables and print the corresponding nuts. In this way, after being screwed on, the nuts will still not exceed the thickness of the material tray, which is more beautiful and will not rub with other material trays when placed.

Simply remove the straps from the bulk consumables, clamp one piece on the left and right, and screw them on with nuts, because there are three protrusions on both sides of the bushing to prevent the nuts from loosening during rotation.

For loading bulk materials, there are two 2mm holes in the spool part to facilitate rolling materials.

The size of the material tray is 20cm in diameter and the height range is 33-55mm, which is suitable for most consumable thicknesses. The inner hole diameter is 5cm, which is a standard size.

It takes 5 hours and 30 minutes to print to make a set of material trays, and approximately 107g of consumables are required.

拓竹的AMS很好用，既可以当作耗材的储存箱，又可以多色打印，但是，只能用20cm直径的标准耗材卷，如果有散装或者小号的耗材卷就无法使用了，看到很多人使用工具或者手动将非标准料盘的料卷到标准料盘上，费时而且容易绕线，所以设计了这个料盘。

一共设计了3种高度，33mm，40mm，50mm，可以根据耗材的厚度选择，打印相应的螺母，这样拧上之后，螺母依旧不会超出料盘厚度，比较美观些，放置和其他料盘摩擦。

直接将散装耗材去掉绑带之后，左右各一片夹紧，用螺母拧上即可，因为轴套和两边是有3个凸起契合的，可以防止转动过程螺母松动。

装散料样子，线轴部分有俩个2mm的孔，方便卷料。

料盘的尺寸为直径20cm，高度范围33-55mm，适配绝大多数耗材厚度，内孔直径为5cm，这个是标准尺寸。

制作一套料盘需要打印时间为5小时30分，耗材大约需要107g
