Cat Prosthetic Foot Sleeve

My cat had her phalanges amputated partially before I got her. She has struggled for years with touching hard surfaces. The foot is shorter and missing the toes and she struggles with it daily. I am trying to prototype something since there is nothing on the internet similar to her needs.

This should be easily cut with scissors to shape but again this is first model.
