Description

I would like to introduce you to my filament sensor. I have designed it to be easy to install, reliable and wear-resistant.
The filament is guided through PTFE tubes and runs over 2 ball bearings, one is suspended on arms and actuates the end switch (Creality standard). The combination of PTFE tube and ball bearing means that there is almost no wear.

Assembly is simple, as the parts are only inserted and the housing halves clipped together.


Ich stelle euch hier meinen Filamentsensor vor. Ich habe ihn einfach montierbar, zuverlässig und verschleißfest konstruiert.
Das Filament wird durch PTFE-Schläuche geführt und läuft über 2 Kugellager, eines davon ist an federnden Armen aufgehängt und betätigt den Endschalter (Creality Standard). Durch die Kombination aus PTFE-Schlauch und Kugellager entsteht so gut wie kein Verschleiß.

Die Montage ist einfach, da die Teile einfach nur eingelegt und die Gehäusehälften zusammengeklippt werden.
