Wltoys 104002 104001 Lipo Shorty Pack Mount Upgrade

This is my WLtoys 104002/104001 shorty lipo pack mount. I made this because I could not find these for a reasonable price for a 3d model and not have it require too many parts.

This uses the stock battery strap. It required to mirror the print because it has to conform to the chassis(Print total of 2 parts, but one mirrored). Print with the flat side facing down or right side up works too. I left about 2-3 mm space for padding so if you want to add some felt or foam you can but its not necessary. You will also need to print the battery spacer(needed only 1) that goes under the battery so that it doesn't rock around, but its not needed if you are using foam padding anyways.

I like using double sided tape from gorilla or hobby town servo tape to stick things down. I usually would use a block of foam tape and shoe goo/e6000 for the battery pads. Heck even soft side Velcro can be used as padding as well.
