Ender 3 Offset Screen Bracket w/ Cover

Offsets stock screen to the right 40mm, leaving so much more room for activities.

I needed to move the screen so I can easily tram the X rail to the base with spacer blocks. I tried one I found on here that wasn't sturdy enough for my liking, so designed my own. The cover is totally unnecessary but makes it look more finished.
