Jeep Liberty/Dodge Nitro Floor Heat Band-Aid

Our 2011 Jeep Liberty stopped blowing hear on the floor.

Two teeth had failed on a blend door shaft and the sector that used to make it rotate would no longer engage.

The part is expensive and required complete removal of the dash to replace - so I came up with a quick-fix that provides some floor heat without taking too much from the defrost vents.

This little arm holds the shaft at 45 degrees (it can be positioned at any angle by skipping teeth). to provide heat on the floor while the defrost vents still get the majority of flow.
